Catalyst 360 Travels to Zurich to Launch Hitachi Female Leadership Programme
Catalyst 360 proudly kicked off a year-long Female Leadership Programme for Hitachi Energy, in partnership with Executive Insight, with a dynamic two-day event held in Zurich.
Hitachi Energy, a global leader in power and energy solutions, places a strong emphasis on developing its internal talent pipeline and advancing diversity within its senior leadership teams. As part of this strategic commitment, the organisation has partnered with Executive Insight to deliver a 12-month leadership development programme specifically tailored to support and empower female leaders within the company.
Catalyst 360, led by founder Cynthia Moore, was selected as the delivery partner to facilitate this transformative journey. With a deep understanding of leadership, innovation, and culture change, Catalyst 360 brings a unique and impactful approach to executive development.
The kick-off event in Zurich marked a powerful start to the programme. Over two days, participants engaged in immersive workshops, collaborative dialogue, and reflective exercises designed to build trust, clarify purpose, and ignite leadership potential. Strong relationships were formed from the outset, valuable insights were shared, and the cohort left energised with a clear sense of direction for the year ahead.
